Im looking into getting a bass guitar, anyone got some advice or recommendations?

btw, Id like to keep it under $300-buck

PS, I got small hands, short arms, and eat BK mini burgers, guessing the bass should have a thin neck?

www.rondomusic.com

they sell the brands SX and Douglas Guitars. both really high quality manufacturers for the price. So, you could get a really dcent bass for a hundred bucks. I baught a guitar from them, and it was 150 after shipping. Thing is comparable to a GIBSON , not Epiphone, Les Paul Standard. really high quality for really cheep.

P.S. I am in no way related or endorsed by this company, but I thaught i would give the heads up.

^ I went and compared the f. jazz to some other bass guitars and it just had a better sound. A nice full sound with more of a low 'growl' to it. The price is fucking nuts however, but it's quality.

yeah ive been droolin over the 75 reissue forever.
i refuse to even play it though till ive got the cash in hand cause i know as soon as i touch it the lust will kick into overdrive.

ended up grabbing a mexican active deluxe jazz bass to hold me off in the meantime.
the active electronics make it versatile as hell, till the battery dies lol
